  • A significant swath of evangelicals are so hyperfocused on stopping women from having abortions that they ignore the collateral damage of being a single issue voter.

Take Concerned Women for America’s CEO Penny Nance, for example. Nance criticized evangelical leaders John Piper, Beth Moore, Russell Moore, and others for failing the “pro-life” movement by “not understanding or caring that hundreds of millions of dollars were going to be shifted to destroy life if Donald Trump lost.” Mean while, Joe Biden, a man Nance calls “anti-women,” is in overdrive to get money to those who are at risk of housing and food insecurity, extend healthcare enrollment, and distribute a life-saving vaccine.

  • President Joe Biden “knows he don’t exist,” says one self-described “prophet.”

"Prophet" Robin Bullock says that Trump is still president and that President Joe Biden "doesn't exist": "They all know he's not real."

  • Now that Liberty University’s campus counselor Dane Emerick has announced his retirement, gay alumni who were subjected to conversion therapy under Emerick’s guidance are hoping the Christian school will retire the abusive practice along with him.

  • Yesterday we told you about Newsweek’s misguided article titled “How the Pandemic Forces Leftists and Atheists to Make Peace with Home-Schooling,” written by a Christian who was unhappy with his own homeschool education for legitimate reasons, yet over-simplifying atheists as hating homeschooling because the curriculum is religious in nature.

Well, it looks like the headline fairy came in the night and made some changes:

The content of the article is unchanged.

  • As much as Kat Kerr may fantasize about Christian persecution and 150-foot-tall murderous angel bodyguards, nobody cares about her deranged jabbering enough to “take [her] down.”

Anyway as I was saying, walking across the street to my mailbox more than once every two weeks is just a headache

  • Finally, a reminder that just about ANYONE can run for elected office. And EVERYONE would be better than Ted Cruz.

So the sum of all the political intuition and experience of Ted Cruz and his staff led him to say this. One lesson I hope you take from this timeline we’re stuck in is that you do *not* have to be a genius to run for office! Run. Your community needs your voice, I promise.
