If only all Kentuckians could appreciate Governor Andy Beshear’s effort to save lives by issuing an Executive Order prohibiting all public and private schools from gathering in-person for the next few weeks.
Instead, Attorney General Daniel Cameron (a Republican) and Danville Christian Academy, a private religious school, are not among the appreciative— in fact, they’re suing Beshear, a Democrat, for infringing on their religious freedom.
An anti-LGBTQ Christian legal group, representing two therapists, challenged Florida’s ban on conversion therapy in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and won. The three-judge panel — with two Trump appointees — said banning conversion therapy was a violation of… free speech. More people will suffer because of how these judges have twisted the Constitution.
This is embarrassing even for a Christian news network:👇👇👇 My interview with Diamond and Silk today. They say it’s not over until God says it’s over. They are 100% correct. It’s not January 20th 2021 quite yet. Would it take a miracle? Yes. But, after all, we serve a God of miracles. https://t.co/fimccbUhVl"It's not over until God says it's over." -@DiamondandSilk For more on this story, watch Real America's Voice on PlutoTV 240, Dish 219, Roku, Apple TV or Fire TV. @DavidBrodyCBN https://t.co/M1LXgvLWQIReal America's Voice (RAV) @RealAmVoice
Anti-Semite Rick Wiles took a break from hating Jewish people to demonstrate he hates the government’s COVID restrictions just a little bit more.
Wiles bragged on himself for paying a $15,000 fine issued to a NYC synagogue for hosting a maskless wedding attended by thousands.
Scotland removed part of a new Hate Crimes Bill that allowed for blasphemy to be punishable by law. It took a while for this fix to occur, but at least it happened before the law went into effect.
Scottish Justice Minister Humza Yousaf today announced that the Government will drop sections of the draft Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bill that would have criminalised insulting religious beliefs. The Bill will now protect ‘antipathy, dislike, ridicule and insult’ of religious beliefs, as part of people’s legitimate right to freedom of expression. Humanists UK, which supported a campaign led by Humanist Society Scotland (HSS) in favour of these precise changes, has welcomed the announcement.
After four years of Donald Trump, Canada could easily be mistaken for a utopian society— but upon closer examination, they have a lot of the same pesky government problems we have down here.
According to a report released yesterday by the British Columbia Humanist Association, 23 cities across the province open their council meetings with Christians prayer even though that’s illegal throughout the nation.
If you’re giving this answer, people are absolutely going to ask questions…
Remember when Geocentrism tried to be a thing? I don’t mean back in the day when Copernicus squashed it—I’m talking 2014, when the documentary The Principle came out of nowhere, trying to revive the corpse of a theory that Earth is the center of the Universe. Now there’s a documentary about the documentary and it’s everything you need to distract you from the strangeness of COVID Thanksgiving.
We’ll be taking tomorrow night off, so have a wonderful socially distant Thanksgiving!
