"For example, the ACA requires insurers to spend at least 80% of premiums on health care; Sharity spent about 16% on health care and pocketed the rest."

Reading that entire post and trying to understand how anyone could fall for it gave me a headache. It's not exactly a Ponzi, but it's definitely not an insurance plan either, it's a money harvesting/skimming operation masquerading as an insurance pool. Christianity is the lipstick on this flying pig...because otherwise no one could be stupid enough to believe that faith-based cost sharing would work.

Ya gotta have faith to believe something like this is a real insurance plan. You just have to send in money and pray that you don't get sick..

I took my car to the Christian owned garage, and the guy said something like – "you can have a genuine Toyota part but a clone is much much cheaper – but why don't we put in a clone and charge him for a genuine Toyota part, that would teach him a lesson." I nixed that. Got the headlight replaced sent off the bill to the kid, a few days later his cousin turns up at my place of work where he also worked, and gave me the money. Ironically, given that the kid was Pasifika, he was almost certainly a Christian as well. :)

I don't watch much else on the service - maybe one or two shows a month, more so when I'm having insomnia - because I despise searching for content from an online menu. Plus I enjoy very little TV anyway, and don't like watching movies on a computer.
