And the neighbours had pumpkins growing in their compost bin, and it found its way over our fence, so I got three off that.

He gave me as much as I could take for wood to burn in my firepit. He had tried to sell it but people wanted this piece but not that piece. He couldn’t be bothered. I feel kinda guilty burning this stuff — but it sure is great firewood.
Yeah, I've got a 4 x 8 wood rack with 4 2 ft levels that is full to overflowing out in the barn/garden shed. Also have a bunch of wood in the basement where the wood shop is. Dad was the woodworker, quality work. I dabble. I like planning cutting and assembly but hate sanding and finishing.
