See! It's not unconstitutional! We are giving people an opt out! Sure they have to put it in writing that they a̶r̶e̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶u̶s̶ don't want to participate! We promise we won't use that data to populate the camps.

How a non-resident is even allowed to submit a petition to modify the Constitution of another state ?

What happened to "outsiders should mind their business " we heard so often about the FFRF ?
